Installation
Technical guidance for installation
1.Installation staff should be familiar with the products' craft and overall construction; all equipment's capability and features.
2.The first step in the installation process should be to locate all of the components that are required, determine how to install the products (what goes first, what comes next, etc.), and verify the quantity and quality of all components. Pay attention to protect products during installation: If the installation process isn't going as planned, gently place the components; do not kick or pull by hand. Use a rubber hammer to gently fix plastic buttons and wood plugs in the event of furniture damage or a hammer imprint. Be careful not to break the mirrors and glass when installing them. The frosted side of the glass should face inside when installed. Door gasket and cabinet sliders ought to conform to suitable position then, at that point, secure. At least three screws must be fixed by the drawer slider.

Common issues and their solutions during installation:
1.The gap that exists between the cabinet and the doors is insufficient; it should be adjustable to be even by adjusting the door hinge; in order for this to happen, installation workers need to have a thorough understanding of how door hinges work.
2.The gap that exists between the drawer box and the front panel of the drawer is not even.
In the event that the gap is left and right - horizontal, can put cut of wood or other material at side of cabinet slider(between cabinet slider and side board of the cabinet ) to adjust, put it at the side which gap is bigger.
In the event that hole lopsided is out of control ,ought to change by changing the level place of cabinet slider.
3.Panel seems to be loose: The furniture as a whole will become unstable as a result of a loose back panel. Detachment of back board are lead by understanding reasons:
3.1The back panel installation groove is too deep.
3.2Back panels size is too small to fit.
The two situations mentioned above can be solved by putting a cut of wood into the section at the back. The way to fix this issue will depend on the actual situation.

1.A solution for repairing notch, scratch, and hole deviation in furniture.
Clean the notch, scratch, and separate layer of lacquer first. Fill the notch with epoxy putty of a similar color in accordance with the space and depth of the actual scratch. Use your hand to knead the putty even and fill the notch or gap within three minutes (roughly four to seven minutes after it has dried), use a wallpaper cutter to scrape the extra epoxy putty, and polish the surface with 320 grit sandpaper. Spray transparent primer from a bottle, keeping the distance between 100 and 150 mm. In the event of white streaks (which take between five and ten minutes to dry), do not spray too much at once. Polish the 320-grit sand grain with 400-grit sandpaper. To stain, use a painting oil brush or powder of a similar color. When staining, apply color gradually, layer by layer, and ensure that the quality matches the product's color finish. After that, spray the top (5-10 minutes). Utilize comparable variety and grain pen to draw follow the first surface grain. After that, clean dust with 600-grit sandpaper. Select same degree sparkle enamel to make top covering splash.

2.A solution for repairing notch, scratch, and holes deviation.
2.1.Products like veneer or lacquer, may be easily affected by humidity and climate change, in the event that there is some cracking, or damage during transportation or maintenance, we recommend to use an iron clamp to adjust correctly and fix during repair, under the situation that does not affect normal use, can use filling method to fix.
2.2.When the notch and scratch are very small, repair them with rod wax—there are many kinds. Use electronic iron knife to melt the wax, be careful when operating, avoid the electronic iron knife to burn furniture, or make furniture fade. Smear the melted wax around the notch, scratch, after it becomes smooth and even (takes 2-3 minutes to dry), scrape off the excess wax and clean the surface. Use a similar colour to touch up the surface slowly layer by layer from light to dark until the colour is consistent. Then use steel wool to remove any dust and spray the top coat.
2.3.When the notch is large, fill it with epoxy putty of the same color in accordance with the space and depth of the actual notch. Use hand to knead the putty evenly and fill the notch or gap within 3 minutes (about 4-7 minutes after it solidifies and dries), use wallpaper cutter to scrape the extra epoxy putty which is higher than level, use 320# sandpaper to polish the surface. Use bottle of transparent primer spray.(takes about 5-10 minutes time to dry). Select similar color powder or oil brush to stain color. Then start top coat spray (takes about 5-10 minutes time to dry). Use similar color and grain pen to draw, follow the original surface grain, not too deep, should be consistent with the original grain. If close painting, no need to carve the grain. Then use steel wool to remove dust, then spray top coat.
3.Solution for securing loose furniture.
3.1.Insert the wood splice adhesive into the gap and secure it with an iron clamp (it will dry in 2-4 hours). In the meantime, repair the detail position with iron glue, which will dry in 30 to 60 minutes, and use a wallpaper cutter to scrape off any remaining glue. Use similar color oil paint pen or brush to touch up the white line. After applying a primer coat that will dry in about 5 to 10 minutes, polish the surface with 320-grit sandpaper and then apply a top coat.
In addition, clean up the loose sundries, put the strong adhesive glue fix, spray whitish resistant catalyst, about 2-3 minutes, it will dry, then use sand paper to polish and touch up color, then spray top coat.
4.Adjust the furniture's color difference.
4.1. During the production process, color differences occur due to poor color control; air and humidity also play a role, causing discoloration and fading.
4.2.Match color. First, determine which colors make up the product's base color.
4.3.Mixing materials, such as: thinner, alcohol, isophorone, and red, yellow, black, and white color concentrate are added.
4.4.Before applying color: 1) separate the required paint. 2) Three pieces of white cotton cloth, L40 x D30 mm; one cloth that has been soaked in color painting oil, one cloth that has been soaked in isophorone, and another cloth that is prepared to clean extra color and dust.
4.5.While applying color: Brush the surface back and forth until the color remains consistent, following the grain direction of the wood veneer evenly. After that, clean up the inconsistent color. It will look a little cloudy, but it will go away in a few minutes.
